Our Facilities
The spaces where learning, boarding and growing up at Koiwa happen — from the Administration Block to the laboratories, the Legacy Complex and the school farm.
The heart of the school
Administration Block
The Administration Block is the face of Koiwa Boys' — home to the Senior Principal's and Deputy Principals' offices, the examinations and administration departments, and the reception that welcomes every visitor and parent. Its signage and crest, “Excellence Is Our Mantra,” greet learners each morning.
By night it stands lit at the centre of the compound, a steady landmark for the boarding community.
Modern learning & boarding
The Legacy Complex
The Legacy Complex is a modern multi-storey block that brings together the Legacy Dormitory and classrooms under one roof. Recently completed, it has expanded the school's boarding and teaching capacity and anchors Koiwa's growth as a national school.
Alongside it, three new CBE classrooms are being completed to support Senior School learning, with a multi-purpose hall project set to begin in 2026/2027.
